Jen Schmidt
Senior Director of People
At Emporos, Jen is responsible for the experience of all of our Emporers, including talent strategies, policy decisions, and Emporer engagement. She works with leaders to ensure that our People strategies align with and help us achieve our business goals.
Jen has spent the past 10 years in the human resource space, developing a passion for creating environments that allow individuals to thrive. Before joining Emporos, she worked in various human resource roles across diverse industries, including non-profits, fintech, consulting, and publishing. She holds a B.A. from Coastal Carolina University.
