How do you set up employees to use payroll deduction?
Generate a recurring employee file using our recommended layout and set up a scheduled interval for us to pick it up. We’ll keep employee accounts up-to-date so they can be used during checkout at POS.
How is the money deducted from an employee’s paycheck?
We will set up a recurring task to export employee account charges and balances for you to import into your payroll system so the proper amounts can be deducted from paychecks.
Do you offer any integrated options for payroll deduction?
Yes, we have a real-time integration with the MMHayes Quickcharge solution. This integration allows you to check eligibility at POS, and then send transaction charges back over to Quickcharge upon completion of a sale.
