InfoSend Maintenance Scheduled

InfoSend will be performing maintenance and security upgrades on their data processing, printing, and mailing and electronic billing, payment, and presentment related solutions on Saturday, February 6th, 2016. Maintenance details are provided below.

These upgrades allow InfoSend to continue providing industry best security and reliability of your hosted application. Please contact your InfoSend account manager should you have any questions.

Duration: Approximately 6 hours

Systems Affected:
All InfoSend file transmission methods
All InfoSend job tracking and support provided on
All client-hosted applications accessed via used for document presentment and payments.
All InfoSend-hosted archived documents which are accessed through 3rd Party API.

During a portion of the maintenance window hosted applications will become temporarily unavailable. A maintenance message will be shown to customers who attempt to access the service except for a brief period while the URL is unavailable.
