Can we order new items through different vendors?
Yes, each purchase order is unique to a vendor. We can handle EDI ordering for select vendors, and manual ordering for non-EDI vendors.
Does your system track the cost of OTC items?
Yes, we track cost by item and location. As you receive purchase order shipments from all your vendors, the system allows you to change the invoice cost. We track this across all of your received orders and calculate the average cost per item.
Can I see what I have on hand in each location?
Yes, if you are using our inventory module suite of features. Once you set inventory levels with a full physical count, you can then use cycle counts and inventory adjustments to keep your numbers up to date.
